TLT, Transcranial Laser Therapy, is a new non-invasive therapy for PTSD, TBI, and depression. TLT treats the underlying causes, not just the symptoms, by activating regions of the frontal and fronto-parietal cortex that are suppressed or injured. This facilitates new neural circuits and brain activity.
TLT often brings noticeable improvements within the first, second, or third
treatment. Some patients achieve 100% reduction in depression, PTSD, suicidal thoughts, and nightmares. Patients report less brain fog and improved employment outlook. Results point to a durable effect of 1+ year following 10-15 treatments over a 3 week span, with 70% of patients reporting improvement.

TLT Description & Mechanism of Action TLT is an off-label use of an FDA-cleared Class 4 hot laser routinely used for pain treatments. The laser is aimed at the fronto-parietal cortex for the fifteen minute treatment. Patients find the treatment easy to receive, often describing it “like a brain massage.”
Laser works by activating brain cells, both neurons and glial cells, that absorb the photons in their mitochondria. As ATP production is stimulated, both immediate and long-term regenerative processes are activated. The cortex becomes more active, increasing its’ executive functions.
